How a kit program runs

You send the recipient list — names, titles, addresses — and pick the kit contents. We flag risky data before production: nicknames vs. legal names, hyphenated surnames, that one contact whose name is spelled two ways in your own records. Every monogrammed piece is then checked against the corrected list twice, because a beautifully engraved wrong name is worse than no gift at all.

Strong kit anchors we produce in-house: embroidered totes or slings with first names, laser-monogrammed leather journals and portfolios, robes with initials for hospitality-tier gifting, and caps finished through the hat bar. Most kit programs ship in one coordinated wave so account teams can time their follow-up calls. For always-on programs (a kit triggered by every closed deal), we hold your blank stock and letter standard on file and turn individual kits around on a standing cadence.
