Corporate monogramming · batch or live
Corporate monogramming that turns a bulk order into a personal gift.
A logo says "we bought these." Initials say "we bought this for you." Merch Troop monograms employee gifts, client kits, and retreat apparel at company scale — embroidered, laser-engraved, or personalized live at your event.
- Higher use, same budget. A monogrammed quarter-zip or tote gets carried into the office; an unmarked giveaway gets left in the swag pile.
- One vendor, every item. Apparel, bags, caps, leather goods, and drinkware personalized under one purchase order and one brand standard.
- Batch or live. We can deliver 500 finished pieces, or bring the equipment and monogram on-site while your people watch theirs get made.
Based in Orange County, CA. Programs delivered across Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, and nationwide.
Three initials, thread-matched to your brand palette, on every piece in the kit.
Three formats, one standard of finish
Every program starts with the same questions: how many people, which items, initials or first names, and where the pieces need to be. From there we recommend one of three formats.
Batch monogramming
Send a roster spreadsheet; we source the blanks, monogram every piece against your name list, quality-check spelling twice, and deliver sorted by recipient or by office.
- Best for: holiday gifts, service awards, uniform rollouts
- Typical run: 50–1,000+ pieces
Live monogram stations
We bring the equipment and a uniformed crew to your retreat, conference, or client dinner. Guests pick an item, give their initials, and watch it personalized in minutes.
- Best for: retreats, sales kickoffs, trade-show booths
- Staffed stations from about $5,000 locally
Kit assembly & delivery
Monogrammed pieces packed into client welcome kits or new-hire boxes with your inserts and packaging, then shipped to one office or a hundred home addresses.
- Best for: client gifting, onboarding, remote teams
- Roster changes accepted up to production lock
Why HR and marketing teams monogram instead of adding another logo item
Most companies already own a closet of logo merchandise nobody claimed. The gap isn't quality — it's ownership. When a name or set of initials goes on the piece, it stops being inventory and becomes property. That's the entire pitch, and it holds up every time we run a station next to a plain giveaway table.
The operational win matters just as much. Because Merch Troop runs embroidery, laser engraving, heat-applied lettering, and hat pressing in-house, your program manager sends one roster and one brand file instead of coordinating four vendors. Thread colors, letter height, and placement stay identical from the first polo to the five-hundredth, whether the pieces ship from our shop or come off a machine at your venue.
Typical items: Bella+Canvas 3001 tees for casual programs, quarter-zips and polos for client-facing teams, Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps through the hat bar, plus totes, robes, leather goods, and sneakers for premium tiers.
Roster to finished pieces in four steps
Scope the program
Headcount, items, initials vs. first names, deadline, and whether it's batch, live, or kits. One call is usually enough.
Approve the standard
We send a sewn or engraved sample photo — letter style, size, thread color, placement — before the run starts.
Production & double-check
Names are verified against your roster twice; misspelling a gift recipient's name is the one unrecoverable error, so we treat it that way.
Delivery or show day
Sorted delivery to your office, drop-ship to homes, or a staffed on-site station with setup and teardown handled.
From hotel ballrooms to convention booths

Scope your monogram program
Tell us the item list, headcount, and date. We'll come back with a recommended format, a sample plan, and a firm quote — usually within one business day.
