The LA event map is really three different jobs. Downtown means the Convention Center, LA Live, and hotel ballrooms with strict dock windows and union coordination — we submit COIs and power specs early and arrive inside the window, because in DTLA a missed load-in slot is a missed event. The west side means studio lots, Culver City and Playa Vista campuses, and production-adjacent events where the station has to look as considered as the set around it. Everywhere else is the long tail of Burbank, Pasadena, and El Segundo corporate parks where the job is simply showing up early enough to beat the freeway.

Program-wise, LA teams lean premium: embroidered quarter-zips for client-facing orgs, laser-engraved leather for entertainment-industry gifting, and hat-bar stations — caps read very LA — at wrap parties and kickoffs. Batch kit programs ship from Orange County and land next-day across the metro.
